Pattinson Appoints Company Operations Manager
Pattinson, the North East's largest independent estate agent, has appointed Clive Ireland as the company operations manager. His chief responsibility will be the further development and expansion of the extended opening hours Customer Care Centre and enhancing Pattinson's existing focus on customer service.
Clive comes to Pattinson with a wealth of experience in property and most recently he held the position of corporate director for an international real estate agent which operated in 13 countries worldwide. His main responsibilities in that post included overseeing team recruitment development and training, human resource and customer service solutions. He was also responsible for the concept, business planning and licensing of a digital satellite television station specialising in overseas property sales and investment.
Clive says: "Pattinson attracted me as an employer for many reasons but mainly because of their inherent focus on the customer and its innovatory approach to the entire buying and selling process.
"This is an exciting time to join the company with the expansion of its customer care centre and growth of its network of property advisors working from home across the region. Agents are now available to value potential customer's homes, arrange viewings, accompany viewings and take offers outside of regular office hours, at times that suit our customers."

Established by Keith Pattinson in 1977, Pattinson services all of the North East with its 29 branch network and offices across the region from Middlesbrough to Ashington. Pattinson also operates a customer care centre which has extended opening hours between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am until 6pm on Sundays. This ensures customers can access property information outside of office hours.
