Good Things Comes in Threes
There was good cause for celebration for Sunderland's Dave Myers this week - on his 26th wedding anniversary, he also qualified as a Pattinson agent and to top it off, made his first property sale.
Now working from home as a self-employed agent, Dave is confident his career in estate agency will continue in the positive fashion it began.
He said: "It was fantastic to get started by selling a home on my first day and after the excellent training I received at Pattinson's Customer Care Centre, and the help and support offered by the company's network of 29 branches, I feel well-equipped to help our customers across the North East buy, sell or rent their property."
Dave spotted the opportunity to work flexibly for Pattinson in his local newspaper and logged on to www.pattinson.co.uk for more details. No stranger to managing his own time, he also runs his own successful health and safety consultancy from home.
Dave continues: "My consultancy enjoys natural peaks and troughs throughout the year so the chance to work in property at times to suit me means I can do more when my consultancy is quiet and less when we're busy.
"This new role will not only satisfy my interest in property, I'm also looking forward to meeting people and expanding my homeworking in a new direction."
