Exciting Times Ahead
Exciting times lie ahead with news that the Pattinson Auction Department and Commercial Department are merging to create one dynamic Sales Centre to be headed by newly appointed Associate Director Richard Francis. Richard has been with the company for over 10 years and for the last few years has concentrated on the expansion of the Auction Department which deals in both residential and commercial properties. Richard states "Commercial and Auction have run hand in hand over the past couple of years and it is natural progression that the two Departments should merge together for the benefit of both our sellers and buyers". Richard goes on to explain that the new Sales Centre is currently recruiting staff with the aim to offer a more comprehensive service with extended opening hours and a wider advertising base.
The Auction & Commercial Sales Centre at Ridley Place will now be open six days a week Monday to Saturday with Sunday service being provided by the Customer Care Centre (0845 155 0111) at Whickham.
